1. The Promoter

The Promoter is: The Green Britain Campaign Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15466612 of Lion House, Rowcroft, Stroud, GL5 3BY.

  1. The competition

2.1 The title of the competition is ‘2x General Admission Glastonbury 2024 Tickets’.

2.3 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. How to enter

3.1 The competition will run from 12:00am (GMT) (the “Opening Time”) on 6 June 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 12:00pm (GMT)(the “Closing Time”) on 14 June 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12:00 pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 To enter the competition, go to Crash the Party and sign up to the competition by entering your details in the Sign Up form and selecting the competition tick box.

3.4 No purchase is necessary, and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

3.5 All individuals that register for the competition in the Sign Up Form or by responding to our email communications regarding the competition (“Entrants”) will be automatically entered into a prize draw. One Entrant will be drawn at random by the Promoter using random number generating software within two hours of the Closing Time.

3.6 Entrants must be able to prove that they have registered to vote in the General Election on 4th July at https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote to accept the Prize.

  1. Eligibility

4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) aged 18 years or over.

4.2 The following are not eligible to participate:

 (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

 (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.3 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

  1. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; and/or (c) incomplete.

4.5 There is a limit of one (1) entry to the competition per customer. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you at any stage of the competition if we reasonably determine that you have sought to gain an unfair advantage, have damaged, or are intending to damage the Promoter’s reputation or that you are engaged in fraud or theft, or your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

  1. The prize

5.1 The prizes available to be won are two general admission tickets (age 18 or over) for the Glastonbury Festival 2024 between 26 June 2024 and 30 June 2024. The prize does not include travel costs. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).

5.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.3 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and the prize is not negotiable or exchangeable for any other events hosted by the Provider or transferable to any nominated person.

5.4 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.

5.5 Use of the General Admission Glastonbury tickets for prize at 5.1 is in accordance with Glastonbury Festivals Terms and Conditions

  1. Winner

6.1 One winner will be selected at random by computer software in a prize draw at 14:00 on 14 June 2024 (the “Draw Date”). The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the competition winners.

6.2 The Promotor will contact the winners personally by 16:00 on the 14th June, using the telephone number or email address provided by the Entrant.

6.3 The Promoter is obliged to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will post the competition winner’s first name and county of residence on the social media profiles of the Promoter after the competition winner has been selected. If you object to any or all of your name, surname and county of residence being posted on social media please contact the Promoter info@justvote.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  1. Claiming the prize

7.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the customer is eligible to claim the prize. Where the prize cannot be delivered for any reason outside of the control of the Promoter, the prize shall not be awarded, and the Promoter shall have no liability, to the winner.

7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 24 hours of the Draw Date. If the winner has been notified in accordance with clause 6.2 and does not make contact with the Promoter to claim their prize within 24 hours of notification despite all of our reasonable efforts to contact them, the winner will forfeit their prize and the prize will instead be allocated to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.3 The Promoter will be in touch with the winner by email within 24 hours of the winner claiming their prize with further information on when they will receive their prize.

7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

  1. Data Protection and publicity

8.1 By entering the competition, you consent to your personal data (name, email address, county of residence, and telephone number) being processed by the Promoter for the administration of the competition, and if you have given your consent, to contact you about products and/or service.

8.2 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

  1. Limitation of liability

9.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. General

10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the competition.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
